The simple answer is anyone willing to grow and evolve into a better version of themselves.
Many believe that Tantra can only be practiced with a partner, or that sexual energy is necessarily practiced, but this is not the case. Of the 112 tantra meditations, only a few are related to sexuality.
Tantra practices usually teach how to use your five senses: touch or feeling, sight, hearing, taste, and smell to develop introspection, sensuality, wisdom until the essence of personality and cosmos is clearly revealed.
Tantra does not impose any beliefs or “how it should be”, it provides methods with which everyone can experiment independently and thus discover their own truths.
